So this is going to be a strange review, as all we did was order delivery because my wife loves their cheese sticks. I placed an online order, and as they use Door Dash for delivery (I guess it's impossible to find delivery drivers?) I received the text message that it was on the way. The driver apparently got a little lost, which is hard considering we're in a cul-de-sac on a street in a rather new subdivision. When he showed I opened the door and watched him walk towards me, he said the store called him stating I'd received the wrong order. Confused, I let him know I didn't make a call. He handed me the pizza and breadsticks and he left. Once inside I realized my name wasn't the name on the ticket, and I clearly had the wrong items. No big deal as we did order some of the things we ended up with so we just ate and forgot about it. Obviously the other people got my order first and called the store. We were done eating when I got a text saying my order was on the way. I just thought they were working on correcting the orders in their system. I was very surprised when the door rang and a different Door Dash driver had the two things we actually ordered, and he left. So even though I never called to complain about getting the wrong food (we got more than we actually had ordered) they went ahead and recreated our order and had it sent to us. I just want to recognize the store for doing the right thing without being told to do it by an upset customer. This is a bit of a lost art today so I felt it should be recognized. The pizza and cheese sticks are still the same "fast food" Pizza Hut pizza you'd expect, but in this case they went above and beyond.

I only really enjoyed Pizza Hut in the late 90s and early 2000s when they gave us the honor roll certificates at school for a personal pizza. Swear these are the only pizzas I like from here. Not sure why, but it doesn't really matter. This location was near when I wanted a snack and their hut boxes have an option for the personal pizza and boneless wings or fries. Note: I remember the personal pizzas being larger (yes, I know I am going off of several years ago). These seem much smaller yet they still do the job. The pizza was good, wings have a crunchy texture but lack proper sauce coverage. It was like a squirt of sauce on each boneless wing (we all know boneless wings are really nuggests). I'd stop by for a quick snack, but I'm still not converted to Pizza Hut as my primary take out pizza spot.

My fiancé and I ordered pizza and some wings tonight. We were told delivery would be within 45 minutes to an hour. At 45 minutes I received the text notification that it was on the way. Nothing showed for 30 min. I called the store and the manager delivered a fresh order at our door. It was wonderful. The pizza and wings were great!

Every time we order from this Pizza Hut, our order is correct and we always receive the order within the window that they give us. This past week we tried the wings for the first time and they were actually pretty good. We ordered them with the Cajun seasoning which was delicious dipped in ranch. Our order was ready right when they said it would be and it was still hot when we got it home.

This Pizza Hut has come long strides from where it was. From great staff to much better pizza, wings, pzones and desserts. Take out or delivery I've tried it all lately and was very surprised and glad to say all have been excellent. So nice to have good owners and staff on board to make your dinner or lunch right. Keep up the good work
